SBB Tiki reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other circumstances that may affect the safe operation of the vessel. When possible, we may wait for a brief shower or passing weather condition to clear before proceeding. If SBB Tiki must cancel a tour due to weather or another operational issue, guests may choose to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Tours may be terminated or canceled due to inappropriate guest behavior or alcohol-related issues that compromise the safety or comfort of passengers or crew. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and guests may be responsible for any applicable damages.
